You're probably right, but I'm still hopeful.
Also, I'm over costume packs myself, even though the Ico set is still very tempting.

Little Big Planet is depressing. I want to like it so much more than I actually do. I love everything about it except actually playing.

And I'm not too happy about most of the official DLC being ads for other games and movies. I dunno, it seems to be missing the point.

Are you disappointed by the actual game, or the practice of playing new, fan-made levels? If it's the fan made levels, I can see your point and I still wish they had a better way of sorting through those levels (Hint 1: Ditch the sphere menus).

Agreed. Sack Boy handles like a lead weight.

I like the way it handles, reminds me of SMB1.

There are some places where your physics and the physics of a moving object you're on seem to be butting heads, though. That auto-scrolling-platformer-inside-a-giant-wheel section in the second to last story level is my fucking nemesis, it's the only thing keeping me from the 'Ace All Story Levels' trophy. I've tried it countless times, and every goddamn time the last section decides to make me arbitrarily take a perfectly valid jump either too long or too short and hurls me right onto a shock panel.

It handles nothing like SMB1 if you're referring to Super Mario Bros.
I agree with the butting heads comment though. I could never put my finger on it until reading your description.

Also apparently there is a Game of The Year addition of the game coming out soon, bundled with "all" (ill believe some) DLC from the game so far.
