They're heartbroken I am sure. Explain to me how the core pack is gimped if the Wii isn't.
MS should just sell off the current 360's at a $50 price reduction ($250 for core, $350 for premium) then release the new model as one SKU for $400. If MS doesn't take this opportunity to nail down the build quality of the 360 it's going to end up costing them in the long-term the way it's costing Sony now ("I'd buy a PS3, but $600 is a lot for something I'll have to rebuy a couple times anyway").
I got my premium 360 for under 300. :D And got Gears, and extra wireless controller and a year sub to live all for under $350 combined.
I just wanted to say that.
I paid 6 dollars for my 360, extra controller, batteries and chargers and 2 games.
I used (exploited) Gamestops's trade 3 get 10 bucks extra credit. I had ALOT of shit laying around. Don't regret a thing. :)
You must have traded in over 100 games to get that.
Agreed. Not only is the memory card for the 360 overpriced but it's pretty useless if you're going to be saving all games and XBLA games on it since it'll run out of space incredibly fast.
There should be no Xbox 360 without a harddrive.
