My cousin's 360 started having issues with its DVD drive recently. It wasn't giving DRE errors, but it just wouldn't read discs to begin with. We called up MS support and worked our way through all of the useless questions to get a replacement, but it turned out that one of the suggestions actually worked. My cousin had the wrong time zone on his console, and somehow that's a known source for drive related issues. The fuck? The tech couldn't even believe that it worked.
Over here warranties a pretty great so as long as I kept getting a new one I wasn't that miffed about it but I still traded mine in one month ago. Great times were had and there are some good upcoming games but the fan drowe me nuts so I thought I might as well trade it in and get one when they hopefully sort that out.Quote:

My god, that's so wrong. Without the extra memory, the 360 would really be Xbox 1.5, instead of matching up with the PS3. Someone chain Nelson to a desk fixing all the broken 360s to give him a sense of reality.
