It's been a while since we did one of these posts. So here goes.
You know your too hardcore when...
...you look at your flat walls in your house, and imagine how much better they would look, had they been painted with pixel shaders.
You run down people on the highway in hopes that coins/gold bars/turkey dinners/rices cakes will fly out of thier bodies for you to "power up" on.
..when you spend 300 dollars on a single game.
When you sit up three days straight trying to capture one frame of animation for a strategy guide (see the "Which Gamefan editor do you most relate to?" thread). :)
When you wonder how many frames per second life runs at.
... you look at a full moon and scream "TANGRAM!!!"
... you look at the skyscrapers downtown, see where a terris piece can fit in, and play out a tetris game in your mind.
...when you already know which editor it was. And you know his real name, his Gamefan name, what his mother did :o , the names of his other former coworkers, and what comerical he might be in.Quote:

I've done this so many times. I decided that the water display outside of the San Diego Comic Con didn't use a real enough technique, and I was thinking of examples that did water better. . .then I realized that I Was looking at real water. . .x_X

14 hours working on Senior show+ lots of oil paint and mineral spirits+ no food= fruitcake sneaking/stalking campus security in wee hours of morning as a "break". Thank god, those guys were morons and didn't have weapons.
