For the record, Red Octane did make a metal reload pedal for the Playstation 1 and 2 Time Crisis games. It was $15, but they have been sold out for a while. You can probably find one on Ebay I suppose. It's the best way to play it...

That doesn't look much fun to use one handed. They should make the front part detachable.
