Male tablet birth control: Would you take it?

I read about this surgery men can get that puts a silicon "cork" type thing somewhere in your plumbing that keeps sperm out of your ejaculatory fluid. It's good for 10 years and easily removed. I'd prefer my penis not all sliced up though to be honest.
