Here's an idea. Put the action on the left screen and control it via the right screen. Voila, touchscreen controls without obscuring the action.
Also mario 64 on the ds was shit because it's just not precision enough.
Maybe your English isn't precision enough either. :chick:
Also, it was plenty precise if you used the d-pad. That won't be an option here. That worries me, but I also can't see this game working traditionally on DS anyway. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt now, but I still don't have high hopes.
I'm left-handed so it's a no go.
Tried out the demo of this and actually came away impressed, might even consider it for a purchase.
The controls are very responsive and the animation seems smooth. In the demo level they wisely zoomed everything out so any misgivings with the polys are hard to see. Two problems I've seen so far:
-The controls are almost too good, you can pretty much crush anything with a few swipes, so we'll see if it ends up a complete cakewalk.
-For the boss battle (a ugly dragon), it goes to fully 3D characters AND backdrops, so pretty bland looking.

For anyone interested in this the pre-order bonus for it is a stylus sword. http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?c...ct_id=B180430A
Fail for stylus' (styli?) that don't store in the system's stylus-hole. Not all of us have Yoshi-style fanny packs.
