I'm lost about this taste for blood. I don't taste it at all. I just taste the succulent flavor of the meat and the spices added to the steak.
Verily. Steak juice tastes nothing like blood.
If it did, most of us would be vampiric, because steak juice is tasty.

If steak juice tastes like blood your not cooking the meat long enough. Also, your should kill yourself, due to inactive taste buds.
Even medium-rare is too cooked for me. Rare all the way. The center of the steak has to be pretty much raw. I'm paying for some fine dead cow. I want to taste that fine dead cow.
Steak Sauce are for soulless beings. Steak sauce is for steak thats so over cooked you have to add it for taste and juice.
And burgers. Malt vinagar with ketchup for fries.
I've sadly had to move my weekly homecooked burger to turkey because of my astronomical cholestrol. And I can say it needs something every time. I've found that montreal steak seasoning works wonders for a turkey burger.
When I do have a steak, that thing has some salt, some pepper, and that's it. Anything else is really bastardizing a good cut.
This stubbs beef marinade is fucking awesome on a steak. esp if you dont have a good cut of meat to work with, makes it 100 times better
