Man jumps off Empire State Building

Police responded to the midtown Manhattan landmark at about 2:50 p.m. after a 911 caller reported seeing a severed leg on 33rd Street

Any NYC TNLers catch anything on this?

The guy apparently jumped from the 69th floor but hit a setback on the 30th floor, thus the severed leg. He was a lawyer, so it's no big loss.

I, on the other hand, think it's sad. He must have been really fucked, and I don't wish that upon anyone.
