Does Bbobb live in Japan now? I haven't seen any confirmation of this anywhere on the board.
This is just weird. I doubt they'd even be announcing anything to the gaming press/public if there wasn't some sort of game coming out of all of this. Anyone interested in the Snatcher universe is obviously going to want a new game, afterall, and these guys aren't in business to sell fanservice for long-dead game franchises.

You're better off finding the PCE CD Snatcher. The PSX and Saturn ports were censored and had godawful CG intros. Despite the light censorship, I think the Sega CD version is actually the best. It had just about everything that the PCE version had, and added a few shooting sequences in the third act (which was pretty much noninteractive in the PCE version). Unfortunately for you, the Sega CD version was not released in Japan. Still, the PCE CD version is pretty nice.Quote:

What was the censorship in the PS and Saturn versions?
Many of the more gruesome scenes, like Gibson's death and the dead dog had alterations, such as new angles that obscured most of the gore and a switch from full colour to black and white (similar to the way The Punisher was censored).
