if you're still having trouble picking out a spot, there's a big ass international food fair along 8th Ave from, i think, 37th-57th St. this saturday and sunday. should end about 6pm but there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and booths selling beer and sangria to start you off.
I dont know if I'm going to be able to make this one, guys. I already have plans for the afternoon, and a friend is playing a solo gig at a bar in the neighborhood that night that I said I'd go to. I feel like I had something else to do that night as well, but I cant think of what it is off the top of my head.
At the very very least, I'm going to try to meet up with you later on. I'll give it my best shot.
So is this happening or not, and if so, who is coming for certain? I have a weekend to plan.
