stylus only ds games are a possibility too. for that ive found: kirby canvas curse, brain age, and puzzle quest.
i think ill go buy PQ right now.

Honeycomb Beat for the DS is $20 and stylus only. I think Clubhouse Games is as well. Wii Play is at least a partial option for the Wii.

Hotel Dusk is a good game that you can use just one hand.
Speaking of which, why isn't DOAXVB on the Wii? You'd think they'd be all about one-handed motion-sensing control.
