Protip for the problem I was having with "All In", use an air strike force of 4-6 units to drop the Nydlus worms that are way out in the field. Total game changer. Leave them too long and Ultralisks make their way through.
Protip for "All in". Build like 1 billion seige tanks. Win.
Real men take out the Nydus Worms underground in the previous mission; that mission is so much better than the aerial one anyway.
