Avenue Q

So last night for whatever reason I had the "Internet is for Porn" song stuck in my head. Was talking to one of my friends about it and was wondering where it's from. Some broadway play called Avenue Q, guess it's like a Seasame street parody. It comes to Cleveland January (Long time from now though) at Playhouse square and I'll probably go see it. I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen it and has an opinion on it, or any other broadway shows.

Well the internet IS for porn. What else is it good for?

BTW I saw Les Miserables.

I haven't seen it but my girlfriend has. From all accounts she was underwhelmed, but I wouldn't entirely trust her opinion on it.

I mean I've never even been to any form of Broadway show, so I'll definitely see this.

I've seen Spamalot, Jekyll and Hyde and Phantom of the Opera.

Broadway is such a sham. Even the cheap tickets are a fucking ripoff.

I saw Grease back when I was in the 8th grade, it was okay I guess.

Probably so, but it also coincided with when my friend's husband will be going off for the National Guard, so it'll be something to take her mind off of it.

I normally go for the last minute tickets since they're pretty good seats for $20 or less. I guess that wouldn't work if you're not from the area since they are done through a random lottery.

I've never seen Avenue Q since I haven't had the time to catch a play in the last year but I've seen Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (such a misleading title), Lion King, Rent, Phantom of the Opera, Producers and a slew of others.
