Halo 3 comes out a few weeks before Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV, but Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter thinks that Take-Two may decide to push GTA IV back another few weeks to put even more space between the two major fall releases.

Why so many analysts?
Fuck no. Halo needs to stay out of the games I actually am excited to play.
These analysts are frickin' irritating. No wonder publishers get so pissed off at them. Most of the time these jerks are wrong anyways, and simply "revise" their projections. How much do these people get paid?
My guess? I'd say he's making between 200 and 350k.
No analyst could possibly make more than $10/hour.
I'd rather see IV delayed anyway. If you count the period Halo sells like hotcakes, it'll put a dent in profits.
If the game is delayed, it'll probably be for quality reasons. It wouldn't surprise me to hear that the developers need more time. Stupid of Rockstar to set a date in stone LAST YEAR.
Halo 3 may have an affect on its sales but it just makes a "pretty" excuse for why the game will be delayed.
