So today I finally succeeded in putting together multiple sets of muscleups on the pullup bar (youtube it if you don't know what they look like), and felt pretty freaking accomplished to be honest.
They've always been something I've wanted to do, and the last week or so I finally knuckled down and figured them out.
When I can get a set of ten down I'll post up a video of me doing them, plus some of the other wacky stuff (clapping pullups, pullups with a 75 pound kid on my back, etc) I like to do.
