I did 50 full range of motion dips on the rings at my place. I atill had some gas in me and couldve got more.

Nice. Ever do any muscle-ups? (Wish I could get just 1, lol.)
Yea, i can get around five with no swinging before i have to drop.
I do them on a pullup bar, never tried on rings.
I love them, but they are rough on the shoulders so i mostly do them sporidaclly to impress folks haha.

Damn. And doing them on rings must be 10x harder, at least.
Actually more difficult to get the muscle ups on a bar in my opinion, especially if you are keeping strict form (no kipping). The ability to "pull thru" towards your chest on the rings makes it a easier motion.
I did the Alpha Warrior three weeks ago (American Ninja Warrior-type obstacles). I finished my first Spartan Beast in Utah last week. My biggest challenge to date is the GoRuck Challenge, which I'm doing this Friday.
I've been swamped with work and training, but once things settle down, I'll get around to posting pics and impressions.
Nice Cow, I'll have to look them up. In June I did a Run for your Lives and Foam Fest 5k mud runs. I've got the Hero Rush setup for early August and I'm hoping to cram at least one more in before the season is over. Hopefully one with more difficult obstacles.
