Max-OT is awesome. Ignore the bullshit about supplements, btw. Going to actual failure is key. Not that "last rep is coming up soon so bring on the brain sabotage" bullshit.
Also, the "flex nuts" at the end of every rep.
Side note. I've not been to the gym in a week because I hurt myself picking up my purse or something.

I see a lot of people recommend Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5.
I got my bike right as we start seeing 20 degree temps and snow. It was like 50 2 weeks ago! Blurgh.
/fit/ loves starting strength. Also, drinking a bottle of olive oil and eating nine pizzas.
