You want to lean out right?
Without knowing the rest of your diet, I'd drop the banana and just do a straight protein shake in the AM. You can always eat it post workout if you feel like you really need it.
Other morning options I recommend to clients:
egg scrambler cups
steel cut oats w/honey and cinnamon
steel cut oats w/pb2
Rice cake w/pb2
This or a very similar variation of this is what I've had for the last probably 2 years:

Things are pretty good, actually. Back will always hurt, as will my shoulder, but I'm not all fucked up anymore.
No money for a gym is the problem. Location and schedule also factor in.
Here's the protein shake I make for my post-morning workouts.
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 spoonful of almond butter
1 spoonful of plain Greek yogurt
1 spoonful of chia seeds
1 spoonful of hemp seeds
1 spoonful of flax seeds
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
The flavor is admittedly not the best, but it's not terrible either. I previously also had a banana and frozen strawberries in my shake, but I eventually cut those out to reduce sugar.
All you liquid breakfast types should check out Soylent. It comes premixed now.
And it's people.
My parents sent me one of my old hockey jerseys from 9th grade. It fits me now like it used to fit me with pads on. I'm the same height. Fuckin' beefcake, bitches. Too swole to control.
