Nice spotting.
Started working out for the first time in over six years again with a co-worker, he's a hardcore gym dude so he's pushing the hell out of me and we're doing 3 days a week to start off, it's painful as hell but definitely a good pain, looking forward to getting into better shape again.
Working out during the workday is perfect as well as it's a nice break and lets me relax still in the evening.
I exercise in the morning. It's all done by 7:00am.
My left knee was bothering me after the last squats I did. Today walking down the stairs to the subway it all of a sudden popped. It's slowly subsiding but when I go up or down stairs or bend it for too long it hurts.
Fucking annoying. It was my form for sure. Gonna give squats and deadlifts a few weeks off and deweight them.
The thing I'm worried about is it happened on stairs. That's fucking bullshit.
That's actually a pretty dope lever on the lat pulldown bar.
By 10AM I have already worked out for an hour or so, taught two classes, and did on personal training session.
Im sleeping by 1030PM max... old folks mode.
started working out again after 20 years lol. not as week as i thought i was. i do weight training every other day with cardio and hard cardio tues and thurs.feels good. especially with how im not eating trash anymore. my job helps out also. i haul water. 5 gallons at around 45 to 50 pounds all day. up and stairs and shit. so im not as horrible as i though i was. can wait to lose this stomach.
Hopefully this isn't too creepy. I have lost another 8 pounds despite raising my caloric intake to 2700-2900. I've changed my workout routine so I do calves three times a week (we'll see if that helps...my genetics are against me on legs...they're big for my family but still damn small down there). I swapped steady-state cardio (infrequent) to more often HIIT. I did take a couple of other pics along the way though.
