I generally see a chiropractor twice a month but for subluxation and spinal adjustments.
I guess I must be rolling with crazy people. The only frame of reference I have doesn't give me enough perspective to know if this is unusual or not. But honestly, my elbow was never 100% after the first time I was injured so perhaps I have been walking around with a mild tear all this time? I don't know.
The worst thing about missing time is the loss of conditioning. I just need to keep stretching to maintain my flexibility and work myself back into action. The summer is the easiest time of the year for me to train so I don't want to fuck that up.
