I'm at the gym for no longer than an hour tops, except if I run afterwards. I overhear guys at the gyms saying they've been there for two or three hours. I wonder what they're doing all that time.

Yeah, I had this going in the early part of 2007. Then I started dating this chick and my gym time became sporadic. Kind of a waste if you ask me now.
