I didn't really like the idea of JARVIS becoming Ultron, but I loved the other aspect of that rumor, that Bettany would also become The Vision. :\
I think Jarvis was my favorite character in the movies. It would have been very interesting if he became ultron.

Philip Seymour Hoffman would be odd. Affleck fits right in.
