I believe that NECA's stuff always hits California first and then filters across the country.
The Ultimate T-800 is available on NECA's ebay store, as well as TRU's website (with free shipping on any order over $19, so TRU might be the better route).
NECA's Nova Terra (Starcraft Ghost) figure is out now as well, I really wanna pick that one up.
I debated ordering it from TRU.com, but I really want to support my local store, because, if it went out, that would suck.
Luckily, I live near a TRU that's in a white bread, upper-middle class, high-traffic shopping area, so they get everything and they tend to get it pretty quick.
I also have a few good collectible stores around here as well.

My girlfriend got me a gold 2012 SDCC exclusive Avengers Loki Funko POP back when they were released (just for the hell of it...I'm not a big Loki fan or anything), and I've been watching the prices just climb and climb on the secondary market ever since. They regularly sell now for $600+, and one sold recently for $710. Holy shit, that's insane that people are paying that much for a 4-inch plastic bobblehead.
Getting very tempted to sell...except, of course, the gf would be upset since it was a present. :)
Those Funko POP things are the ugliest goddamn toys on the planet. It'll be a nice day when those are done forever.
