Looks like the cab is permanently attached in all modes, rather than separating and forming Optimus' regular robot mode. Fail. "Robot armors up, turns into bigger robot" is the whole point.

Of course, the Combiner Wars story arc in the comics wasn't very good either, both main TF comics lines were in the middle of excellent stories and basically Hasbro threw a wrench in it and they had to halt what they were doing to force the CW storyline. This was especially apparent in the MTMTE comic where the crew are in a ship on the other side of the galaxy but lol First Aid and Sunstreaker need to somehow be back on Cybertron.

No, that just needs to be one episode. And they need to yell and materialize weapons. All of the combiners need a 20 second combining animation that is an overt final fusion reference. And there needs to be lots of beating of wholesale ass.

I don't even need a story. Have the stuntacons knock over a liquor store.

Really, just remake godzilla final wars with combiners.

Randy Faulk tweeted that he has "something incredible for Sani Diego 2017. Best yet." This was in response to a TMNT question.

My opinion and hope is that he's wrong and that it's impossible to beat the B&W Mirage and the arcade set.

I managed to control myself with regard to this Mirage Foot set, because I don't have the Turtles, but I don't need another temptation next summer.

Bet it's the arcade turtles painted cartoon style. They do look nice that way.
