In most arcade games I do, but it's a bad habit. It just means that you're not going to get as much practice on the later parts of the game.

Tim's response to my criticism of his review was basically "Nah, dem was jokes!"
I don't quite get it. I definitely didn't detect any sarcasm whatsoever.
Yo so, since my xbox red ringed I moved all my ds games to the top of my gamefly list. I just played this for five minutes. Let me tell you, this game is the fucking jam, and I bet when I'm done I'll be calling it the best since 1.
Yep, it's really freaking good.
Yoshi's an idiot.
I was pretty sad I didn't finish level one on my first playthrough, but there are a few cheap deaths as you get used to dual screen.
So anyway, beat level one on my second playthrough and got to boss of level 2 on my fourth. It's not THAT hard.
Weird that powerups...power up the more you collect. But also incredibly awesome. True shooter style going on there.
Spread + Cluster is what this game has always been about and it's still true. The h's are nice but unnecessary so far. L = AVOID
I'm really sad you can't double-arm the guns like in C3, and I'm also really sad you can't use R for weapon changes.
Level 2 brought about the dual screen bullshit. It's not really that great, so I'm revising my opinion ALREADY, because I have to knock points off for bullets going through screens and important shit getting lost in the middle.
It's pretty goddamn awesome though. I wish I could play it on a real controller. My left hand hurts.
Yoshi's still an idiot but I mean, portables really suck.
:tu:
So the boss of level 2 is really easy! But it took me five tries to figure that out!
HOLY GOD SUBMARINE LEVEL 4
