I almost totally agree with the movies on the list (I'd replace RE2 with the first one) but not the order. Alone in the Dark should be #1 hands down, there is absolutely noting redeeming about that movie. It's not even bad in a funny kind of way (like Mario, SF or HotD), it's just a task to sit through the whole thing. It also strayed from the source material even more than Mario, other than the fact that the main character was named Edward Carnby it had absolutely nothing to do with anything in any of the game's storyline.
This could just as easily been called "list of 10 videogame movies".
A better list would be good game movies, because that list would be way shorter than 10. Bad video game movies is an oxymoron.
You only need one, and it's called "Mortal Kombat".

RE2 should be below Double Dragon and Bloodrayne for production values alone, and like what Xeno said I agree Mario shouldn't be number one for camp value. There are some truly unredeemable movies on that list which need to be higher.

I know I'm not in the majority, but I LOVE both RE movies and am stoked to see the third. And not in "so bad it's good" kind of way either. I think they rock.
HotD needs to be off of that list 'cause it's so damn hillarious.
SMB needs to be #1 if only because Mario needed fucking ROCKET BOOTS to jump. Not to mention that the Goombas were fucking lizards, Luigi got the girl, and Koopa was a fucking guy. No, the rocket boots outright killed the movie on their own.
And I'm totally ashamed to admit this...but I've never seen the SF movie. :(
Don't be ashamed Cheebs. I have never seen the movie either. I tried to watch it on 3 different occasions when I was younger and just fell asleep shortly after the beginning. SF the live action movie is the suck. I don't have any intentions of watching it unless I am drunk or something.Quote:
