This is already true. It's been true pretty much since Xbox's launch. If you compare the Xbox exclusives to the multi platform titles, there's this huge abyss of quality, not just in graphics, but also in gameplay. It's a simple equation, the more power you have, the more stuff you can do. I think that's why devs who dig deep into the code and aren't restrained by asine publishers love the Xbox.
