The mod itself is very easy. I used a box cutter/xacto knife to cut off the little tabs. I was done within 5-10mins. I love the panoramic feature on the camera. Before getting the w810i, I was actually thinking about getting the k800 which is 3.2mp. But the price was a bit too steep for me. My contract doesnt end for another year, so when that time comes, I might get another SE.

Miami Vice season 5 arrived today from ebay. I snagged it for $25, roughly half of what it regularly retails for. I also got Ocean's Eleven (newer one) for $6 at Target.
Picked up 360 The Bigs today - which was surprisingly sold out in 3/4 stores for the 360.
$10 each at TRU.
