Being at work for the 7th day in a row, having my buddy call me, drunk, at 2 to tell me he'd been drinking and eating garbage plates since 10:30 am, then coming to my job with a flask and drinking in front of me, offering me some. I almost punched the kid. There's a lot more things in general that are pissing me off as well, but that's my specific for today.
My job sucks ass. My health is shit. I have annoying medical debt in the thousands. My car broke down. I have no money. I have no food at my house. I need a haircut. I need some new clothes. I want a dog. I can't find the second or third Teddy Ruxpin DVD to buy anywhere but online (and couldn't afford it even if I did). I have to pee. I cut myself shaving this morning. I somehow have to get to my friend's going away party tonight. I am sleepy. My contacts are being a fucking slut. I need to whiten my teeth some. Pineapple cheated on me.

I work for a major pet product company. After the project I worked for 6 months on was canceled, I had zero projects and felt really insecure with my security.
Then the bird, small animal and fish guy put in his two weeks notice. I got all his projects. And the amount of knowledge I have on these kinds of creatures? FUCKING ZERO. NONE. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I DON'T EVEN CHANGE THE WATER IN MY FISHTANKS (My wife does it).
Chance of them replacing him anytime soon? Well, there are 3 people qualified in the country to replace him (very, very specialized field). One is him. AND MY COMPANY FIRED THE OTHER 2.
But not nearly as bad as you guys and Nomi before me.

The way it goes, you make a referral here at the bank, and based on how much money you brought the company, you get a bonus check once a month.
So I bring in some serious business money, four large accounts, I'm looking at a few hundred just for this one guy. So check day comes, and lo and behold, I get peanuts. Turns out the guy owned a checking account at some branch of our bank out in East Whogivesafuck, and that makes him "their customer" which means they get the credit for any products sold to him, even if he walked into MY bank and came to ME.
Fucking fuck.
That sucks big time TS.
I am bitching because I don't have anything to do at work so I have to act busy in my cube. Oh well.

It's common around here. A lot of state universities require on-campus housing through sophomore year now. Two of the other three schools I was looking at in Ohio had the same policy. So It takes me 50 minutes to get to work. Apparently, about 20 miles down from where there was a heavy clog of traffic, a truck was on fire. So what would be 50 minutes would have been probably about 4 hours sitting in traffic had there not been a way around.
