I presold Madden today on 360. Only because if you presell it you get half off another game when you pick it up! Fuck yes I'll take another 360 game at half off! Toys R Us BTW.

The completely fucked me over on a PSP for a similar reason. I bought the warranty after the assistant manager said, explicitly, that it covered dead pixels. I take it back because mine had dead pixels and they point to a new sign saying 'please return all dead-pixel PSP units directly to Sony'. I'm going to try saying the 360 is dead for another reason simply to avoid any potential bullshit I've heard about.
