World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King

Invincible is pretty ugly, I would only take one to put a mark on the mount achievement. Kill him just to kill him and be done with it.

I have no honest belief I will get Invincible, but if I do I'll ride that fucker forever. It's a rad looking mount in shadow form, and for the rest of the time this game exists it will likely be considered a big deal. They've already talked about how in Cata they plan to change it to a rare drop, so even when you RARELY see a pug group go in a clear the instance they're only going to have a 1 in 100 chance to get the mount. Look at the Ashes, those are still really rare and you can 8 man the fight. Then look at Sunwell, and how even at 80 pugs can't get past the parts that require knowledge and skill, not just gear, ICC HMs are going to be like that. Even with 100k health random pugs aren't going to survive a mechanic like shadow trap.

TLDR: Invincible will be hella rare for the rest of the time this game exists, casuals wiull NEVER touch it, so I'd ride it forever.

I like having rare stuff in my videogames, but only if it looks cool. That's why I rock my guaranteed drop Mimiron Head and achievement drakes.

I've always thought Mimiron's Head looked kinda goofy. But you can rub it in people's faces, so it's cool.

The one thing I don't like about is it sounds almost exactly like the flying car from the Absent Minded Professor. Which is kinda neat in its own way, but not really so cool to hear as a constant sound.

Besides, I'm a gnome inside a flying gnome head. It's awesome just on sheer principle.

Huh, looks like Ye Olde Closed beta has begun.

Haven't had time, I don't think I've even logged on in like three weeks. I've got a final this week which will free up a couple days to get work done, so I might start back up a little next week.

Got my character back, but the important ones like Hildr and Kalexiso didn't get their good stuff back so oh well. Maybe I'll play again come xpac but hopefully not.
