Actually if you still have your CD Key and Info, SE could probably restore the character. They offer a one time restoral of deleted characters from the game per account.

I switched to Samurai and im having fun with it.

I dunno. I had to recently re-install FFXI onto my new PC and it only took about an hour and a half tops after I was done installing everything. My Discs tho are from the '03 Decemeber release so I'm sure that it wouldn't take as long for you.Quote:

what server were you? iwas midgarsormr, and i was in the pheonixdown linkshell, then i created my own, then i came back and they were a big NM group. I dunno if i could go back, your making me debate it and me and FFXI coupled with school = not healthy haha.
i just checked and it says anything past 3 months may not be able to be recovered. I also think i may have restored my character once already.
I'm on Fairy *Wasn't my 1st choice*. Still play off and on and do a lot of events with my Linkshell. Mainly working on Limbus and trying to finish my THF's build for Homam while at the same time living in Dragon's Aery trying to get my last Abjuration.
It wasn't a nerf so much as Most of the mobs in ToAU areas have high magic defense. add to that colibri's which are used to lvl 65+ have auto reflect. I've been lolblm at while lfp in Whitegate. I could maybe get a main healing pt position but with white mages,summoners,redmages coming before me...well like i said, 2days lfp and nothing.Quote:

Well if you reconsider maybe coming back to it, you could always come to my server. Fairy's a lot more...willing to go exp in zones outside of ToAU. I'm currently camping this guy...
