I don't think it's that kind of pizza. They don't have an oven. It may be on a flatbread or pita (or something like that).

Not familiar with it. I'm just a line cook after all :(

It is a flatbread though and it seems sort of like pita bread, so I was close.

It's similar to a pita but cooked hotter so there's more chew. I like it.
