Finally moving into my new place tomorrow, the 80 year old shotgun house! I walked it today and it's even more awesome than I remember; a regular Versailles compared to the current place that I'm in. Plus: 250 square foot covered front porch, on which many beers shall be consumed.

Having a balcony or a porch is pretty awesome. I love sitting outside.
