Life Is Good

Saw Superbad last night, which was awesome. Done with classes for the weekend, with very little schoolwork on the horizon.

I'm pretty happy with that.

I'm also done for the weekend until monday at 7pm since my early class on monday was cancelled.. I just slept until 3pm, might go get a job at the golf course later today, and will watch football all weekend.

Oh yeah, MS treats their employees very well. It's pretty mind boggling. Of course the flip side is you have to kick major ass here, so it works out well for everyone involved.

Perhaps I'll join you some day Torgo, the main reason I want to build a new computer is so I can start putting most my free time into messing around with .NET.

.NET is REALLY fucking awesome. I just started getting into it at work, and it has pretty much blown my mind. I was just getting used to working in ASP when I made the switch and I am so glad I did, it's like a completely different awesome world that does almost the same thing, but is 10,000 times as powerful.

The only problem with me focusing on it is I have to find companies that can afford to use and uphold it vs. PHP and MySql which are free and effective so they're the most reasonable answer for a lot of companies.
