Learning and developing in Objective-C natively is faster since that's what iPhone and Apple software directly speaks in and can be ported easier because it's a superset of C (I think Chrome and shit can run C++ directly in-browser these days). If you want to make something like the Urban Spoon which uses standard Apple graphics libraries and calls Cocoa is easier to use. I turn 31 tomorrow. I get an ipod at a generous discount from icarusfall (TY!) thursday. I'm on track with a paced study program for the bar exam (yeah still doing that). My depression is kept in check by drugs I can cannot afford but are generously provided to me by my doctor because I need them. My bro's g/f is taking me out for a mani-pedi for my birthday. My bro is batshit insane and using but is moving out (hopefully i'll follow suit in a few months).
Life is pretty good. I feel good, and shits on a good roll. 31/2012 is looking like a good year already.

Was it much of a hassle? One of my books flopped right out of its cover the other day. The future looks like a nice place.
My bosses doubled my expected raise for the new year, and also decided I could use my vacation time whenever I want, instead of me waiting until July when it would have kicked in for my 1 year. This job has been awesome.
It was, but only because I'm such a noob when it comes to this shit. Now that I know what I'm doing, it's literally downloading three programs and running them. There are tutorial videos on YouTube, which is great. I have the nook app on my phone as well, and let me tell you how awesome it is to stop reading a book at home on the tab; then later open up the app on my phone while at work and the book opening exactly where I left off.Quote:
