My wireless mouse kept losing it's connection to my PC (enter: rage). It now looks like the charge base that holds the wireless USB dongle (tee hee!) is just an asshole. I left the base in it's place and moved the dongle to another USB port and all is good again.

I cut off someone leaving work today (honestly didn't see him, me being a fucking dumb ass, I still feel the shame) and didn't get hit so that ended the best way possible.
This coming week is going to rule, just about all of my favorite TV shows are coming back (and season 4 of Always Sunny in Philly hits DVD) and my Zune HD should be shipped on monday from newegg. So psyched.
My mom is in town. I went to meet her and my brother in West Seattle for breakfast. Afterwards there was a bunch of tables on the sidewalks whereat record stores and book stores were flogging their goods. I got five movies and three books for under $20. Best one was a hardcover complete Sherlock Holmes with original illustrations for two bucks. YES I also got yet another version of Hound of the Baskervilles on DVD. THis one is the PBS one.
I got a hardcover complete SH with those awesome original Strand illlustration as a birthday present so many years ago. Too bad I don't know what happened to it. Nice pickup!Quote:

It reminded me of when Rocky would walk with my mom and I to 7-11 and wait patiently outside the store like a little statue until we came out. So it's been a week filled with awesome slices of life - and awesome as a result.
I told Pineapples ex it would be great if she went to his house and ruined his night.

At the convention this weekend there was this booth set up behind us (I have no idea what they were actually there for) with the Wii game Happy Dance Collection up and running all day. This balding guy in an NWO Wolfpac t-shirt was playing the game all freaking day and we couldn't stop laughing. Truck grabbed my camera and got a sample of it for you guys.
