I was 158 lbs when I was 18. Pretty strong. Had stamina that lasted forever and was on top of my wrestling training.
Now at 30 I'm 235 lbs (fat). No stamina left but I'm significantly stronger (bench went from 155 ten times to 245 ten times). My wrestling knowledge has gone up due to my coaching job, but my actual reflexes have gone down.
In a nutshell, If I didn't destroy 18 yo me within the first 2 min of the ground fighting, old me would lose... But I could take the 18 yo me in that time.
