Believe. A ball has to be hit very sharply in order for your shortstop or third baseman to have a shot at turning two. The faster lead-off hitters like Crawford are nearly impossible to double off.Quote:

Another problem I'm having with the control is that diving and jumping share a button. The game occasionally misinterprets your intentions, particularly when chasing down a high pop-up in foul territory. This could've been easily rectified; there are plenty of buttons all over the fucking place and only a couple of them are used for fielding. Give diving its own button.
I fooled around with the Classic Controller a bit last night -- using buttons instead of Left on the d-pad to advance runners feels much more intuitive. My only problem with it (with any game) is that the analogue sticks aren't resistant enough. I'll most likely stick with nunchuk + wiimote.
