I do like that icing though. But only on certain items. Carrot cakes, jewish crumb, but not a chocolate cake. Gimme chocolate butter cream icing filled with a dark chocolate mousse and the cake has chocolate chips.

Which type of butter cream are you making? There are 3-4 regional variations of butter cream. Also like said earlier there is cream cheese frosting and you could make chocolate cream cheese frosting. Fudge frosting, german chocolate frosting. Fondant isn't that sweet and should make em beg for regular icing once again if you used that hehe.

Oh yea, here is a rush job I had to do today at work. It was kinda crazy at work with pop up orders, chilled glass case wasn't working right today, lots of orders. So I busted out this tiramisu pretty quick for an order. This one has mega coffee in it, with expresso soaked lady fingers and I used Kahula in it also.

I fucking hate carrot cake. I don't get it. Carrots in baking? That's fucked. Why not beets or asparagus or broccoli too? So weird.

No, it wasn't, it was rare. I (used to) order medium rare all the time from lots of places, before that i had mediums. This was the rawest steak I've had by a long shot. It melted in my mouth and was so good that i went back to the same place and ordered the same thing, but they overcooked it :(
