Cooking TNL Part II

Like Weird Al...

This is my famous breakfast pizza. (well famous round here..)

I start with some spinach in alfredo sauce and a couple eggs

After I stretch my dough I spread some Mozzarella (Grande only or GTFO) and the alfredo/spinach sauce.

I parbake the pizza so the crust rises a little (this way the eggs don't run off). I then add the beaten eggs, canadian bacon and fresh roma tomatoes.

I take basil leaves and fry them in butter until they become crispy (omg secret topping!)

Finally when the 'za is finished cooking I sprinkle the flaky crispy basil over top and cut to serve :D
