I completely agree with you. It really, really worked well though. Everything about the recipe was a real surprise.
I'm telling you, try it, you will never eat scrambled eggs any other way. They don't have creme frachie here because, well, it's south Texas so I substitute Mexican crema which is really good too. You can also use sour cream as well. I took a picture when I made it, but you all know how those look.Quote:
