Speaking from a perspective of having watched Pargo on the Bulls for a number of years, the only reason you put and leave Jannero in the game is to shoot and score. He does nothing else for you, he brings nothing else to the game. So if you see him on the court, realize that everyone understands he's in the game to shoot and score, and that's it. Not to make the smart pass, not to take the highest percentage shot, it's to shoot like zombies are coming right at him.

Everything you're complaining about Pargo tells me you've never seen him play before. The only reason he is put in the game is to do exactly what you're complaining about.
He's a SHOOTER razor, see when we transcend off the schoolyard and into real basketball, people have roles, that's his role.
When I played I was also a shooter, you sure as hell didn't want me trying to make shit happen of the dribble because that a promise that I'll either dribble off my foot or get cornered. However you wanted me to shoot because I could hit tough baskets. Now picture this 10,000 times better, that's the guy you're dogging.
Hornets needed a third guy other than CP3 and West to score, and Pargo was that guy, which is why the game became close at the end. If only Peja or another guy could have stepped up at home ... I'm bummed to see the Hornets bounced, they're a fun team.
Although I agreed with Barkley, the crowd wasn't as into it, feeling that the team might not pull it off.
