I agree, but with Crysis, since it will be taking advantage of multi core processors, I would assume it would hold its on concerning that.

It will hold it's own, but the 6850 will still be better and the same price.
Though, maybe not online.
Anyone else get a "security something can't be started" when they go to play the game and there for can't play the game :(
Ok, my computer was out of comission for half a week (blown PSU) but I finally got to try it out.
It's worth firing up Vista for. It actually does run a lot faster. The DX10 effects aren't mind blowing, but they look nice, but the performance boost alone seems worth it.
Wait, so there are games that run BETTER in Vista? Has the world gone mad?
Frog, how can you tell/how do you turn on DX10 effects? I see nothing in the options. Furthermore, if I filter DX10 games only in the server list it comes up blank. Is there a seperate exe file to launch if you want DX10?
System Shock 2 runs better in Vista (as opposed to XP, at least).
I seriously, seriously suck at Crysis. I don't even understand how. I find a guy, shoot the shit out of him, but it always seems like I die right away and it takes forever to kill them.
Also I get sniped...a lot. And tanks are a little overpowered.
The game looks amazing though, and maybe with time I won't suck so massively.
