Some guy that i don't remember said it best when he said the most story needed in a Mario game is "Thank you Mario! But our Princess is in another castle!" Are you seriously complaining about this? it looks like an expansion pack, but that has nothing to do with having less peeps and BWAH BWAH BWAH BWAH AUOOOU!
Nobody should ever complain about a lack of story in a video game. 99 times out of 100, a videogame's story is just a nuisance that delays the playing of the actual game.

Mario Galaxy 2 is no more gratuitous a cash-in than every other sequel in the industry, it's just not Nintendo's typical MO. I'd be down for more though. Galaxy is the best thing Nintendo has done in recent years.
