I tried out the pixel art sort of thing. It's very frustrating, so I didn't bother on the grey highlight parts. Mounted on black for sake of contrast.

It's pretty... straightforward though. I really prefer colors and layers. Dr McNinja is awesome and all but there isn't much to be done paperizing it, I don't think.
