Yeah, I don't think this was specified in this thread:
Even though the map is free, you will not be able to play it in matchmaking unless you already own the $10 map pack. For some god forsaken reason.
This may change in the future.
Oh, and the $10 pack will NOT be free in the future.

Funny story: my Zboz defaults to the credit card I want to cancel every time I make a purchase, but I usually catch it. I haven't touched the thing in so fucking long that I forgot to change my payment option to the card I now use, so it went to the card I want to cancel, which WAS on a 0 balance. Apparently there's no way to call and switch payment options, too. Bah.
This wouldn't be a problem if Microsoft allowed one to erase private data like that from one's account. Currently, you have to CALL them and go through 20 minutes of phone bullshit for them to use a work-around to accomplish what should have been a standard feature. Good going.

Good times last night, the new maps were worth the 600 points imo.
And we never even played on Avalanche or Cold Storage.
It was a bunch of odd Bungie icons in the background, with a fish for the last blade. Unspectacular, and I quickly reverted to my custom Puzzle Fighter background after viewing it. The gamerpics were also underwhelming. I will say though that the Bungie Theme that was released years ago (not Bungie Day '07 theme, just 'Bungie Theme') is awesome for the Guide background.Quote:
