hiv/aids, sometimes I have to be near people that have it too.
Bump. Was going to start a thread on phobias, but remembered this one.
Check out this woman's fear - W T F? over.
I leave you with this tidbit.
Quote:
A 35-year-old woman who sat on her boyfriend's toilet for so long that her body was stuck to the seat had a phobia about leaving the bathroom, the boyfriend said.
Quote:
woman's skin had grown around the seat
I am afraid that I won't be able to play bass/guitar anymore. HORROR
I'm afraid for you too.
Look up anti-inflammatory foods on the google imo
Couldn't hurt.
Falling from heights. Not heights per say though.
Its weird , I can be on a plane look out the window no problem, or even an amusement park ride where I am strapped in, and I am ok.
Put me near a railing on the 2nd floor of the mall, and I start freaking out. I went to the hoover damn a couple years ago and I just couldn't handle it to look over the railings on the obvsersation deck.
Maybe its a fear of railings?
At least we arent these people.
I hate flying so much. I do it because I have to, but I just can't relax while flying. It has as much to do with heights as the fact that your so high up and there is a a few feet of steel in between me and falling to oblivion. Its this reason that I never want to get up and move in a plane, and I hold off on going to the bathroom in one til the last possible minute.
Heights in general is a pretty big deal to me. At the CN Tower in Toronto, there a place where there is a glass floor looking straight down that I would never even think of walking on. The idea of a glass elevator going up the side of a building is also scary, and I have nightmares about it.
My other main fear is being underwater, in the dark. Going scuba diving through a dark cave? Forget that shit.
I'm exactly the same way, I don't know if it counts as vertigo or not (because it makes me dizzy being like that)Quote:

My phobia is earthquakes. I get completely irrational and go into psychotic mode. Any other natural disaster I can deal with, but earthquakes are terrifying to me.
