I'm drinking my white rascals, it's a wheat ale. It tastes like a wheat beer and finishes like an IPA

Avery rules at belgian styles imo.
-
The only Avery I haven't had was their Collaboration Not Litigation. Salvation is one of my favorite, Hog Heaven is nice but that IPA of theirs is killer (for a "regular").
-
We had Collaboration on draft in Savannah and it was uber complex. My all time fave is the Reverend.

I'm drunk. Had a good night! Sabres won (undeafeated), and the Yanks won. Perfect night imo... Plus I'm hoping for a little something something tomorrow night..... Give thy Moses thy prayers.

Drank a shit ton to ensure sleep last night, now I work in an hour and I'm still kinda there. FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.

Drunk on Genny tonight. Just a heads up all HighFalls Brewerey beers you buy get my friend closer to his bonus. Buy Labatt, Genny, Honey Brown, anything. Yes I'm being a whore right now. But I'm also whoring a friend, and Labatts isn't so bad. Buy it bitches.

Got my notes from the fancy time beer tasting I went to today. I'm pretty sick, so I didn't stick around as long as I wanted to, but that's life.
Brooklyn Black Ops
Coffee, wood, smoke, high alcohol flavour. Second favourite beer of the day.
A Leq Qoc 1999
No carbonation. Velvety. Appropriately bitter. Very smooth. Solids at bottom of glass.
A Leq Qoc 2003
Same as 99 but not as mellow. More of an alchol taste.
Heavy Weight Saison De La Sour
Light, refreshing, citrus, summer beer. Pilsner spiked with orange juice.
Ommegang Cave Aged Abbey
Farty aftertaste. No perceptable difference from normal bottles.
De Molen Rasputin
Cocoa, coffee, thick mouthfeel, low alchol flavour, almost sweet? Favorite beer of the day.
Schlafy Oak Barleywine
Caramel, thick, nutty. Oak. Standard barleywine. Tasted like the cork?
Thomas Hardy 1999
Thick, very sweet, syrupy, like scotch ale with candy melted in it.

I guess this should be in the pub thread... time for a repost!
